For nearly 10 years now, I have worked in the content industry as a producer of some sort. I started at University as a freelance videographer and editor and have since been more attached as a producer/production manager at a production company. I've worked across fiction, journalism and advertising.
Here are 6 of my favourites:
Blackberrying by Rowan Jacobs
On-Set Production Manager dealing with crew, cast and general set logistics, health and safety, food, and supporting Producer and AD.
Showreel - Liam Xavier
If you’re in a rush, perhaps my showreel is the best glimpse into the variety of my video career. Clips from across 10 years of videos I’ve filmed, produced or written the script for (often a mixture of the 3)
Alex Stewart International - How Its Done
In-House Writer, Director and Producer for Tracc Media working on 3 'How It's Made' documentaries for Alex Stewart International. Hiring DOP, Editor, directing creative and translating their process terminology into a script. First was 'How Gold Is Analysed'.
Spotlight Web Series with Declan Curry
Development Producer & Production Manager. Seeing a conceived idea from thought to fact, devising a production plan, budget, proposal deck and email marketing collateral. Once begun, managing talent, crew, logistics, studio and clients.
ARCC Bikes - Advert
Production Manager/Producer for an Advertisement filming in Cambridge. Hired 3 actors, managed budget and suppliers invoice, arranged day logistics and was cliant liason between clients and account team.
ARC - Event Coverage - Doncaster
While not a fan of horse racing myself, the experience on this one helped inform my ability to be a producer in the future. I produced a team of 8 on-site for 3 days, capturing content at different parts of the event and producing multiple delieverales in varying formats.
